I loved the description of this “Misses Frock” pattern: "Crosswise tucks in the blouse, left free over the arms to form sleeve frills, distinguish this model. The back may be high or cut down in a deep V. The pointed girdle gives a high-waisted effect, and the eight-gored floor-length skirt flares a the knees."
